Search Solution Group is a boutique search firm that started in the humble home town of Buffalo, New York in 2002. We started with a dream and an inspired drive and vision to succeed. We understood from the beginning that for us to succeed, the business needed to be based on the belief and mission that we are partners with our clients. After several years of very successful Accounting and Finance placements in the upstate New York area, we decided to expand. We dove into the Human Resources field and started expanding our brand nationally. Soon we decided to grow with an office in Charlotte, NC. With the creation of our second office, our national focus increased and we were working with clients from California, Washington and Texas to Maine and Florida. Our searches and successful placements expanded into management and professionals in Information Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Engineering.

With all this amazing success, we have been fortunate, even in a difficult economy, to continue expanding our brand internationally.
