Jeremy started Search Solution Group in 2002 in Buffalo, NY. With a number of years of experience in the recruiting industry already, his expertise originated in the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Sales industries. For more than ten years, Jeremy has worked on Retained and Contingency Searches across the United States with Fortune 1000 companies, as well as medium and large public and private companies. Search Solution Group became incorporated in 2005, and continues to grow. In 2008, with Jeremy continuing to lead a strong, hard-working team to strategically grow Search Solution Group, the company expanded its placement services in the Operations industry, working with Engineers, Supply Chain professionals and Plant Managers.
Today, Jeremy’s reputation for finding the best candidates in HR across the country has expanded to the point where he is now considered an industry expert in the field of Human Resources. Compensation/Benefits/HRIS, OD and HR Leadership roles occupy much of Jeremy’s focus. At any given time, Search Solution Group is engaged in a confidential HR professional search.
Jeremy holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Sociology from SUNY Potsdam in New York. He is involved in several community and non-profit activities in the Charlotte, NC area. He enjoys hiking the NC mountains with his chocolate Labrador Retriever Tanner Moab, fine dining and exercising.

Stella loves working with people; her college degree in hospitality management from Johnson & Wales translated well as she brought her communications skills and talents to the recruiting world. Stella made an immediate impact with Search Solution Group because of her attention to detail and passion for helping professionals find new and better jobs. In addition to Johnson & Wales, she also attended Ohio State University (and is a true Buckeye fan) and has worked in the hospitality industry. For more than ten years, he has had great success in executive placement in the fields of account management, customer relations and sales, with small to medium companies. Cultivating relationships is a strength that Vince brings to Search Solution Group. Vince is an alumnus of Buffalo State College in New York.
In his spare time, Vince enjoys spending time with his family and close friends. He is also an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, and coaches youth soccer.

Eric is a native of the Charlotte area and brings a friendly, competitive spirit to Search Solution Group with his strong background in sales and marketing. Eric was a six-time recipient of All-American Swimmer honors and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Psychology. One of Eric’s most important assets is his ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Eric’s main passion aside from professional growth and advancement is athletics, being an avid fan of the Carolina Panthers and UNC Tarheels. Tanner has been an active and involved contributor at Search Solution Group for more than seven years. His key roles as receptionist, meeting facilitator and special event supervisor (especially where food is involved) contribute greatly to the upbeat, fast-paced office environment. His can-do attitude has inspired a strong sense of team spirit at the offices, and clients, candidates and other visitors value his always-friendly, welcoming (tail-wagging) demeanor. When he's not keeping a watchful (but friendly) eye in the office, he enjoys hiking, shaking hands (paws) for biscuits, riding anywhere in the company vehicle and playing with his very special toy fondly known as "Search".

Lauryn is a seasoned television producer who has worked on programs for A&E, Animal Planet History Channel, and Spike TV. Her television production background has transitioned her into the ever-changing world of digital new and social media. She is an excellent communicator and an outstanding writer. She has a passion for cooking, and in her spare time makes videos for her cooking blog. When she's not out shooting a local TV commercial in the Charlotte, NC area, she writes reviews on yelp.com and tweets about food and social media.

Karen has enjoyed a successful marketing communications and printing career for more than 25 years. She has worked in marketing for Fortune 100 companies, as well as with small- to medium-sized businesses, including more than 11 years in marketing management with the world's largest book, DVD and music distributor. She most recently was a partner in a branding and marketing communications company in Charlotte. Karen has a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University in NJ, and is a recognized public speaker on branding and social media, and is active in Toastmasters. She enjoys dog training, hiking, giving back to the community and working out at the gym.

Julie Bartoldson has over 24 years experience in functional leadership, management and strategic consulting. She has held positions and functioned as a consultant in organizations within the aviation, medical, finance/banking, manufacturing, chemical, and oil & gas industries. With accountability in organizational performance, she has led change management initiatives from the Board of Directors level to the shop floor. Most recently, she has held key positions in leading the transformation of two global companies in the various areas of human capital and work process development. Both of these companies were leveraged buyouts with the first resulting in an IPO and second in progress toward an IPO.
Julie has a Master’s of Science in Organization Development and Communication from Canisius College and a B.S. in Business Management from SUNY, Fredonia in New York.
