Senior Recruiter - Vincent J. Marzullo
Vince is an alumnus of Buffalo State College. Over the last ten plus years, he has had a great deal of success in the fields of account management, customer relations, and sales, with small to medium companies. Cultivating relationships is a strength that Vince brings to Search Solution Group. The belief that we are partners with our clients is very important concept for the success of our business.
In his spare time, Vince enjoys spending time with his family and close friends. He is also an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres and coaches youth soccer.

Jennifer Chance
Jennifer started recruiting 15 years ago with a national search firm, specializing in the financial services industry, working with Fortune 500 clients. After 10 years with this firm, she started a search firm with 2 partners focusing on the mortgage banking industry and did so for 5 years before relocating out of state. Upon returning to North Carolina she joined SSG and her primary focus is recruitment in the Carolinas in the areas of HR, Accounting and Finance.
Jennifer Embler
Jennifer graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing concentration. Prior to joining Search Solution Group, she worked in funds management and retirement planning. She hopes her sincerity and ambition will continue to allow her to build and maintain quality relationships and sustain advantageous outcomes for all involved.
She enjoys dancing, James Bond movies, deep sea fishing, and spending time with family, friends, and her black lab.
Creative Director and IT Specialist - Heidi Hillyard
Heidi has been living in Charlotte for the past three years while she was finishing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interactive Media Design from The Art Institute.
Heidi focuses primarily on Web site design, graphic design, visual design, user interface design, Web marketing, information design, business management, and project management.
