We approach each client engagement with the goal of providing a positive search experience that exceeds expectations. Although a successful search completion is often viewed as the ultimate metric in evaluating any given search assignment, we also believe the means by which a client achieves their search objectives and the signals that are sent to the marketplace during the search process are critically important as well.
