Why SSG?

“After learning that Jeremy Gnozzo began this company from his mother’s kitchen in Buffalo, NY, I immediately became intrigued. Now after 16 years, SSG has grown exponentially. As a Buffalonian, I am excited to be a part of the continued growth of the “city of good neighbors” and bring in top candidates from all over the U.S. to assist in this progression.

Favorite Thing About Headhunting:

“Since I can remember, I have always wanted to help others. Recruiting has given me that opportunity to not only help my candidates find their “dream job”, but also help companies find top talent to grow their businesses.”

Erica’s Story

Erica was born in Schenectady, NY, and moved to Buffalo, NY at the age of 5. She considers herself a true blue Buffalonian, die-hard Bills fan and camper at heart. With over 13 years of full cycle, Executive Recruiting experience in both the Agency and Corporate settings, she has developed skillsets in a multitude of industries and positions. She is passionate about finding the perfect partnerships for her candidates and her clients and be, even just a small part, of growing Buffalo, NY.

Fun Erica Facts:

  • She has always loved dolphins and went as far as getting a tattoo of a dolphin when she turned 18. (However, no one in her family can tell her where this love came from!)
  • She was a softball pitcher for multiple WNY travel softball organizations and had the opportunity to compete against teams, throughout the East Coast, from middle school through the end of high school.
  • She finds serenity every year at her family’s Lake House in Ontario, Canada, sitting by the fire, gazing at the stars and having absolutely no connection (internet, cell phone service, WiFi) to the outside world
