As a manager or supervisor, it’s important to acknowledge your employees/team members accomplishments. Even as a coworker, it’s important to acknowledge others accomplishments, this helps build a positive and open company culture.

Engaged employees take initiative and constantly are trying to get feedback and open the lines of communication. They want to see the company progress and are going to look to their managers and supervisors to see what they can improve upon; thus creating a healthy, open communication environment.
