In 2002 Managing Partner Jeremy Gnozzo sat at his parent’s kitchen table and used a rotary telephone and the yellow pages to build his business. Jeremy knew that the way to compete with larger recruitment firms was to provide his clients with higher-quality candidates at a faster rate than his competitors. What started in 2002 as a one-man operation has blossomed into the booming success of a 70+ person network of the country’s top recruiters and headhunters.
