Our Story

In 2002, CEO and Founder Jeremy Gnozzo launched Search Solution Group from his parents’ kitchen table with nothing more than a rotary telephone, the Yellow Pages, and a clear vision. He set out to build a recruitment firm that delivered higher-quality candidates faster than the competition.
