Caroline Cubbage is the Sr Director of Recruiting at Search Solution Group in Charlotte. She’s extremely passionate and skilled in her craft, which is exemplified through her transition from Executive Recruiter, to Recruiting Leader, to Director of Recruiting in her time here. She is known for her passionate recruitment style and for being one of the best judges of character in the company. In her role as Director of Recruiting, Caroline is the point of contact for the day to day activities of the recruitment team. She is a hands-on mentor and leader who steps in to assist the recruiters when negotiating, closing, or wherever else necessary.

Caroline and her proactive recruitment style have placed top talent in Sales, Engineering, Security, Maintenance, Operations, Accounting, and Finance roles across the nation. She also engages in executive-level retained searches with Search Solution Executive. Clients love that Caroline takes a personal interest in each role and is dedicated to finding the perfect candidate.

Caroline’s Story

Caroline was born and raised in Bridgewater, VA. She attended Lynchburg College where she played basketball and softball. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Sports Management, Caroline moved to Muncie, Indiana to pursue a master’s degree in Sports Administration at Ball State University. Caroline spent two years as a graduate assistant for the Ball State softball program.

Before coming to SSG, Caroline spent six years as the Head Softball Coach at Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia. By teaching and coaching student-athletes, Caroline learned excellent communication, recruiting, problem-solving, and time management skills. Caroline is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Fun Caroline Facts:

  • Caroline holds the Lynchburg State Softball record for most home runs and walks in a season.
  • Caroline played and coached both softball and basketball prior to working at SSG.
  • She has a catlike Chihuahua named Oscar who loves to nap and be carried around while on walks.
