We’re proud to share that our CEO, Jeremy Gnozzo, has been named the 2025 Chair for the American Heart Association’s Executives with Heart campaign in Charlotte. This national initiative unites business leaders who are passionate about advancing the mission of building longer, healthier lives through advocacy, fundraising, and a stronger culture of well-being in the workplace.
A Personal Commitment to the Cause
Jeremy’s commitment to this campaign is deeply personal. After witnessing his father face serious heart health challenges over the past year, Jeremy felt called to lead by example, not only for his community but also for his five children, who he hopes will see the importance of giving back and prioritizing their health.
This opportunity is also the result of a meaningful professional relationship. Abbey Miller, now the Development Director at the American Heart Association, once worked alongside Jeremy at Search Solution Group. During that time, they developed a close working relationship built on shared values, including a love of hockey and a deep commitment to making a difference. When it came time to select a Chair for this year’s Executives with Heart campaign, Abbey saw Jeremy as a natural choice, making the invitation all the more personal and impactful.
“Having worked closely with Jeremy, I’ve witnessed his unwavering dedication—not just to achieving results, but to building a positive and inclusive culture. His passion for bringing people together and creating meaningful change is what makes him such a powerful leader. As the 2025 Greater Charlotte Executives with Heart Chair, Jeremy is the perfect person to inspire others and drive impact throughout our community.” – Abbey Miller
Jeremy believes that health starts at home and in the workplace, and this campaign allows him to live out that belief publicly and purposefully.
What Is Executives with Heart?
Executives with Heart unite business leaders who are committed to making a difference, both in their organizations and across their communities. By lending their voice, influence, and resources, members help fund life-saving research, expand health equity, and promote wellness where people live and work.
This initiative also brings attention to critical issues such as unequal access to care, systemic health disparities, and widespread mental health challenges. Through fundraising and awareness, Executives with Heart aims to remove barriers and create healthier outcomes for all.
As Chair of the 2025 campaign, Jeremy will play a key role in recruiting other executives to join the cause, encouraging participation across Charlotte’s business community, and driving meaningful support for the American Heart Association’s mission. The Greater Charlotte campaign is also working toward a community fundraising goal of $150,000, with strong momentum already underway.

You can also get involved by joining the Greater Charlotte Heart Walk on Saturday, September 27, 2025—a family-friendly event that brings the community together to get active, honor survivors, and remember those affected by heart disease and stroke.
“I’m proud to join Executives with Heart and support the American Heart Association’s mission to build longer, healthier lives for everyone. As business leaders, we have a responsibility to create workplaces where health and well-being come first, not just for today, but for the long term. This initiative is a reminder that what we do inside our companies can have an impact far beyond the office.”
