Following its successful launch in 2024, the Carolina HR Summit & Awards is back for its second year—this time with a new home, a sharper focus, and even higher expectations. Hosted by Search Solution Group in partnership with Business North Carolina, the 2025 event will take place at the Booth Playhouse at Blumenthal Performing Arts on October 27, 2025, offering a more elevated experience in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
Last year’s inaugural event at the Charlotte Knights Stadium brought together over 150 HR professionals from across the Carolinas and honored ten standout leaders across all levels of the profession. With a mix of compelling conversation, meaningful recognition, and high-value networking, the Summit quickly earned its place as one of the region’s most anticipated HR events. This year, organizers are building on that momentum, promising deeper insights, broader impact, and an even stronger sense of community.

Recognizing Impact Across the HR Profession
Back by popular demand, the Carolina HR Standout Awards will again honor 10 professionals across three categories:
- HR Executives – Recognizing executives shaping strategy and culture
- HR Directors & Managers– Highlighting mid-level managers and directors driving impact
- Young HR Professionals– Celebrating emerging leaders with bold new ideas
