Smith is the Chief People Officer for Tepper Sports & Entertainment, where she has been since February 2022. Prior to serving as CPO, she was Vice President of Human Resources for the Carolina Panthers since October 2019.
Smith has a proven track record of providing high-level expertise across HR and championing the employee experience driving behavioral and cultural change. She has been a leader in the HR industry for nearly 20 years and will provide insightful commentary about the field of HR alongside the rest of the panelists.
