Our Partnership: Chief Retail Banking Officer Placement
In early 2025, Guadalupe Bank partnered with Search Solution Group to identify and place a new Chief Retail Banking Officer—an essential leadership role focused on driving performance, strategy, and customer experience across the bank’s retail operations.
Led by Mitchell Rockett, Kelsey Peterson, and Ana Marthaler, our Executive Search team worked closely with Guadalupe Bank’s leadership to understand their goals, operational challenges, and cultural priorities. The team delivered a curated slate of six highly qualified candidates, each selected for their alignment with the bank’s mission and community-focused approach.
The search concluded successfully with the placement of Belma Kusi, a seasoned banking executive with not only the right leadership experience but also direct experience with a Q2 core banking system conversion, which was exactly what the bank needed during this transition.
